Nicole Dooley

ABOUT ME


Nicole Dooley has been teaching classical pilates since 2003. She was certified under the direct mentorship of Bob Liekens and Phoebe Higgins, which helped create her deep respect for the original method.

Nicole began her career in New York City, where she owned and operated two successful studios: one in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn and another in Union Square, Manhattan. During that time, she served as a teacher trainer for Power Pilates and later developed her own teacher training program, mentoring new teachers with clarity, discipline, and a love for the work.

Now based in San Marino, California, Nicole teaches at her warm, welcoming studio that reflects her philosophy: Pilates should feel inviting, personal, and deeply effective. Always tailored to the individual and grounded in the classical system, Nicole wants you to feel strong and at home in your body. Her studio is a place where people come to do real pilates - with heart, humor, and purpose.
